Starbright was born as a means to pull together and share many of the wonderful things Monaco has to offer in the form of household staff consultation services and child-related information to families visiting or residing in Monaco.

​

With this ambition in mind, the Monaco Family Life section was created to provide families access to a public directory with child-related specialists in Monaco, and database of local extracurricular activities. Families subscribing to the Starbright membership will receive access to a calendar featuring upcoming cultural events and activities for children as well as a featured article per month.

 

Starbrights placement service is dedicated to helping families find their ideal household candidates through a trusted and personalized process, committed to making the entire employment process easy, seamless and fun.

 

We pride ourselves in being a full wrap around service that can be the answer to your family's unique set of needs!

HOW IT WORKS

WE LEARN ABOUT YOU

We get to know your family’s needs. In our initial conversation, we cover the personal and professional qualities you’d like to see in your ideal candidate and create a job profile outlining responsibilities and duties, as well as emotional requirements. 

WE SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS

We coordinate and schedule interviews with your favorite candidates and provide you with a bespoke interview guide to help evaluate each candidate. To follow up the results of the interviews, we recommend a paid working trial that can last from a few hours, to 1-3 days.

ONGOING SUPPORT

We provide ongoing support even after the hiring process! To ensure the highest level of success we supply you with a printed training manual outlining important information for each family to discuss with the candidate. The package includes a list of emergency numbers, general household information, schedules, and anything else you wish to emphasise.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Upon payment of the registration fee, we launch a proactive and customized search using the criteria provided in the job profile. After interviewing and screening our prospective candidates, we select those that received the highest evaluation scores and accurately match the job requirements. Detailed profiles and short biographies for each candidate are presented for your consideration.

WE WALK YOU THROUGH THE HIRING PROCESS

We provide sample employment contracts, a step-by-step guide to the hiring process in Monaco, educate you on your responsibilities as an employer, and help coordinate last-minute details. A balance payment is due once you have decided to make an offer of employment to one of the candidates.
